This course focuses on a scientific approach to helping athletes achieve peak performance while minimizing injury risk. You’ll gain in-depth knowledge in:

  • Physiological Theories: Understand how the body functions and adapts to training. 🧠🏋️‍♂️
  • Psychological Theories: Learn how mental factors affect performance and how to enhance mental resilience. 🧠💪
  • Biomechanical Theories: Study the mechanics of movement to improve efficiency and prevent injuries. 🏃‍♀️🔬

A significant portion of your learning will be hands-on at our West Stand facility, and you’ll complete at least 50 hours of work experience throughout your degree. 🏟️🕒
