Project and Enterprise Management MSc

The programme aims to equip students with an advanced understanding of management thinking relating to the organisation and management of projects and firms/organisations (enterprises) in the built environment, particularly with regard to the roles that projects and enterprises play in construction; and to give students a sound appreciation of the way construction projects should best be defined, developed, and delivered.

The programme is designed for students who have experience in the built environment, have a degree relevant to the built environment, or are thinking of moving into a built environment profession.

Built environment disciplines include, engineering, architecture, surveying, construction management, urban planning and design, economics and finance and topics related to sustainability.

As a programme oriented primarily to the social sciences, the programme also welcomes students with degrees and or experience in areas such as geography, business studies, philosophy with an aspiration to use this in a built environment context.
