The RN to BSN completion program is designed for registered nurses who aim to advance their knowledge in nursing, the sciences, and the liberal arts, while achieving a bachelor’s degree. The program focuses on holistic health promotion for individuals, families, groups, and communities, enhancing both personal and professional development.

To complete the RN to BSN program, students must fulfill the following requirements:

  • 27 Credit Hours in upper-division nursing coursework 🏥
  • 3 Credit Hours in the required Global Keystone Seminar 🌍
  • 26 Credit Hours in designated University Global Citizenship Program hours, with accommodations for the RN-BSN program 🌐
  • 32 Credit Hours of lower-division nursing coursework 💉
  • Elective Hours as needed 📖

  • Minimum Grade: Nursing courses (NURS) must be completed with a grade of “C” or higher to progress through the program 📘.
  • Clinical Component: Courses with a clinical component require a grade of “Satisfactory” in the clinical portion to pass. Unsatisfactory completion results in automatic failure of the course 🚫.
  • Course Repeats: Students may repeat a specific nursing course only once, and no more than two nursing courses may be repeated during the program 🔄.
