Upon completing the MS in Environmental Management, students will be able to:

• Apply Environmental Knowledge 🌍: Use key terminology, facts, concepts, principles, and theories to address environmental challenges and promote global sustainability.
• Align Sustainability Initiatives 🌱: Integrate sustainability initiatives with an organization’s mission and core values.
• Manage Environmental Risk ⚠️: Oversee environmental-related risks from organizational operations.
• Identify Hazards 🌬️💧🌿: Recognize environmental hazards affecting air, water, and soil quality.
• Assess and Develop Controls 🔍: Evaluate environmental risks and create controls to minimize or eliminate them.
• Use Project Management Tools 🛠️: Apply project management processes and analytical tools to achieve sustainable solutions to environmental issues.
• Conduct Research 📚: Perform environmental research and communicate risks and solutions effectively.
• Research Regulations and Approaches 📜: Investigate scientific, engineering, economic, and regulatory information for sustainable environmental solutions.
• Prepare Technical Communications 📝: Draft technical papers and briefings to convey risk assessments and solutions to stakeholders.
