Curry’s Digital Film and Cinema Studies minor will prepare Media and Communication Arts majors for careers in this exciting and ever-evolving field. Students will learn hands-on production from professional filmmakers and experience the creative force of filmmaking and cinema. Non-Media and Communication Arts students can also benefit from a minor in Digital Film and Cinema Studies, as many of our courses fulfill Gen Ed requirements in the Arts, Humanities, Information Literacy Enhancement, and Reading/Writing Enhancement.

Students can study RED Camera Film Production, Digital Documentary and Movie-making, The Business of Hollywood, Screenwriting for Film and Television, African-American, Italian, and Global Cinema, Digital Video Editing, and more!
