Our Dance Degree is structured to provide you with a comprehensive exploration of both practical and theoretical dance elements:

Year 1:

• The Emerging Dance Artist: This year-long, 120-credit module lays the foundation for your dance education. You’ll engage in core areas such as dance techniques, choreographic processes, and cultural identities. This module helps you develop effective working practices and explore the interrelationship between various dance components through a diverse portfolio of learning themes. 🌟

Year 2:

• Advanced Dance Practice: Focus on refining your knowledge and skills through four in-depth modules. Each module is tailored to specific aspects of dance practice, allowing you to reflect on your progress and shape your trajectory toward year three. 🩰📚

Year 3:

• Professional Practice: This final year emphasizes applying your knowledge and skills in a professional context. You’ll have the option to build a broad portfolio of experience or focus on specific pathways leading to various exit awards. This phase is designed to enhance and deepen your professional dance practice. 💼✨
